Holy Family
Unsigned, a partial label from Nachlass Janvier de La Motte, Nanteson (Bretagne), affixed to the stretcher.
Oil on canvas, 37 x 28 in. (94.0 x 71.0 cm), unframed.
Condition: Very old lining, tear to l.l. quadrant, restored tears, varnish inconsistencies, surface grime.

N.B. This painting is based upon Cambiaso's Madonna of the Candle in the Palazzo Biano in Genoa, Italy.
