Flemish Verdure Tapestry Panel, c. 1700, weaver or maker's mark stitched to bottom edge "MA(conjoined)·R·D·," depicting a finely robed noblewoman kneeling with arms outstretched, with a foliate scrollwork border, approx. 112 x 54 in.
Good condition with minor splits; minor silk corrosion; minor repairs to outer blue border; old reweave at bottom right border and top right corner of field. Supporting fabric sewn on both sides, both ends and along central axis.
