George III Mahogany Chest-on-Chest, early 19th century, upper case with carved dentil cornice projection surmounting three over three graduated drawers flanked by pilasters, atop a lower case with a dressing slide over three graduated drawers, all supported on bracket feet, ht. 73 3/4, wd. 45, dp. 22 1/4 in.
Estimate $1,500-2,500

Hardware replaced, scattered minor surface wear abrasions and nicks (including a slightly larger loss below middle of the third row of the upper case), each side panel of upper case with minor vertical cracks, slide does not remove easily (bowed slightly with related veneer with lifting, cracks and abrasions.)
