Minton Majolica Beehive Cheese Dome and Stand, England, c. 1865,
polychrome enamel decorated and modeled with a twig handle to a coiled straw body decorated in relief with vines, the octagonal twig-form stand with scattered leaves, impressed mark, overall ht. 13 1/4 in.

The dome and stand each with professional restorations. The dome with sizable restorations surrounding the rim. The stand restored right through center.
