Louis XVI-style Gilt-bronze Marble-top Table Ambulant, France, late 19th/early 20th century,
kingwood, with shield-shaped purple-veined marble top, enclosed by a brass gallery, atop a frieze and cabriole legs with sabot-mounted feet, ht. 29 1/4, wd. 22 3/4, dp. 18 1/2 in.
Structurally sound. Small hairline to a corner of the marble top. Slight chip to marble under the bronze rim. Small piece of veneer missing to side of one leg. Age typical abrasions and wear.
