Pair of Mintons Parian Wall Brackets, England, 1862,
each elaborately modeled with three cherubs supporting the shelf, one flanked by birds, the other ram's heads, with scrolled supports set on a trefoil shelf with mask below, impressed marks, ht. 12 1/4 in.
Estimate $300-500

Bracket with birds: Old chips sand chip repairs to back corners of shelf; one bird with neck and claw repair; one bird with claw repair and chip to tip of beak; repair to "beard" of mask at bottom.
Bracket with ram's: Old chips and chip repairs to back corners of shelf; each ram repaired; small chips to beard.
