Creamware Coffeepot and Cover, England, c. 1775-80, probably Staffordshire, pear shape with foliate molded spout, floral knop, and simple loop handle, polychrome enamel decorated with flower clusters featuring a large central rose, ht. 10 in.
Provenance: Ex collection Susan S. Weitzen.

Cover: Knop with slight patch of glaze loss along edge; several shallow chips inside the collar edge.
Pot: Rim hairlines of 1, 1 1/2"; enamel flaking throughout.
