Description:

Underglaze Blue Decorated Pearlware Dessert Plate, England, c. 1790-1800, probably Yorkshire, octagonal shape with raised lozenge band to border surrounding a cross-hatch inner rim framing a Chinese figural landscape with house, the robed figure holding a parasol, point to point dia. 7 3/4 in.
