Lead-glazed Earthenware Chocolate Cup, England, c. 1755-60, probably Staffordshire, cream-colored inverted bell-shaped body allover decorated with traces of gilding to a mottled translucent brown and with applied vines with large flowerheads, leaves, and berry clusters, ribbed loop handle, ht. 3 1/4 in.

Handle with hairline and associated 1/8" chip.
