probably Liverpool, blue decorated floral and foliate border surrounding a central bird and garden landscape, lg. 16 1/4 in.

Provenance: The Troy Chappell Collection; Alistair Sampson Antiques; ex Andrus collection.

Rim with scattered glaze loss and abrasions.
