Two George III Sterling Silver Sauce Tureens, London, 1790-91, John Robins, maker, each urn form with dragon-form handles, figural register with recumbent soldiers, and lower gadrooned body, on an oval foot with pendant garlands, ht. 5 in., approx. 27.2 troy oz.

Each with surface wear, abrasions, and minor nicks throughout, loss of detail to upper frieze. Joints (particularly upper) to all handles with areas of soldering (see images, handles possibly later).
