Tall Wucai Gu Vase, China, 18th/19th century, beaker-form, the upper register depicting horsemen bringing tributes to an official and bordered at the top by a "cracked ice" motif, the middle band depicting a scholar's rock amongst peonies, and the bottom section depicting groups of pomegranates, peaches, and finger citron, ht. 17 in.
