Illuminated Folio Manuscript, Persia, 16th/17th century, opaque watercolor and gold on paper, composed of three reserves with diagonal and horizontal Nastaliq calligraphy, each verse surrounded by densely scrolling floral patterns with a gilt ground, the upper and lower reserves separated by a band of intricate floral and geometric patterns, framed and glazed, sight size 10 3/4 x 6 1/8 in.
