Description:

Encre-de-Chine Snuff Bottle, China, 19th/20th century, flattened hu-form with animal mask and ring handles, carved in relief with a figure in seated in a house, a figure on a bridge in a landscape on the other, with a white porcelain stopper, incised four-character Qianlong mark on base, ht. 2 3/4 in.

Provenance: A private Massachusetts family collection.
