Condition: Scattered retouch, crease to u.l. corner.

N.B. The jagged rock formations and composition are similar to Richards' known views of Icart Point on the island of Guernsey.

A gummed label on the reverse indicates that this painting was once part of the collection of Mrs. C. Nelson Richards, Brooklyn Heights, New York.
