Rembrandt van Rijn (Dutch, 1606-1669)

Jan Lutma Goldsmith, 1656, an 18th century impression (Bartsch/Hollstein, 276iii/iii). Identified within the plate. Etching on laid paper, plate size 7 7/8 x 5 7/8 in. (19.8 x 14.8 cm), unmatted, unframed.
Condition: Thread margins, even toning, old hinges and annotations to verso.
Estimate $2,000-2,500

Old paper patches on the reverse in all four corners, which appear to be old repairs.
