Condition: Subtle toning, not examined out of frame.

The sheet measures 14 3/4 x 18 7/8 in. (37.5 x 48.0 cm),deckle edge along one side. No watermark. Hinged to window mat with white tape along the top edge of the reverse. Minor rippling to sheet along the top. Inscribed on the reverse, "Le Coq R..." and "Le Coq Rouge Mourlot 203" in pencil at the top edge, with the inscription partially hidden by the tape hinge. Also numbered "4507" in pencil in the u.r. corner and "#5C" in ink in the l.l. corner.
