Signed "H H Betts" l.l.
Oil on canvas, 39 3/8 x 31 1/4 in. (99.5 x 79.3 cm), framed.
Condition: Lined onto Masonite, retouch, surface abrasions u.l., small punctures u.l. and u.r., craquelure.
Estimate $2,000-3,000

Small punctures - about 0.2 cm - to the canvas upper left and upper right corners. Another small puncture by the figure's chest on the right. Craquelure on the bottom right quadrant. Retouch concentrated around the figure's face, drum, hands, and belt.
