Two Pieces of Victorian Sterling Silver Tableware, a coffeepot, London, 1863-64, Daniel & Charles Houle, maker, with vasiform body with an acanthus-capped handle, engraved cartouches to body, and flower finial, on four scrolled bracket feet, ht. 10 1/2, and a reticulated basket, Birmingham, 1899-1900, William Devenport, maker, with bail handle and rocaille scrollwork throughout, lg. 11 7/8 in., approx. 43.2 troy oz. total.
Coffeepot handle separate but included (lacking heat stops), flower to finial loose by present, scattered dents, patch on one cartouche, small repair to spout, foot rocks. Basket in good overall condition with only light surface wear.
