Louis XVI-style Vitrine, 20th century, with carved gilt-bronze mounts rendered with putti and figural masks, and a glass lift-top with vacant velvet-lined compartment, all resting on tapered legs with gilt-metal mounted toupie feet, ht. 29 1/4, wd. 32 1/2, dp. 21 1/8 in.

Minor veneer losses, nicks and abrasions particularly to top surface and frieze. Crack to bottom panel with resulting hole to interior lining, lining with some deterioration. Three knee joints with area of professional restoration, only visible when top is raised (see images).
