Description:

Enameled Porcelain Jar, China, elongated bulbous shape with straight neck and flanged rim, depicting a continuous landscape with female figures watching a phoenix in the sky with auspicious clouds, mostly in green and red, beneath two bands around the neck, six-character Chenghua mark on the base, ht. 15 1/2 in.
Estimate $700-900

in good condition with some surface stains, three hairline cracks to base, glaze cracks around body.
