Landscape Vista with Lake and Snow-capped Peaks. Signed and dated "Marple 1899" l.l., signed or inscribed "William A. Marple" in pencil on the reverse. Oil on academy board, 9 1/8 x 16 1/2 in., framed. Condition: Minor bowing to support, old retouch, scattered small puckers to surface, fine abrasions, varnish discoloration, surface grime.
