Continental Gilt-framed Musical Picture Clock, c. 1860, ornate gilt frame enclosing the oil on canvas depicting a village and coastal scene with ships in the harbor, one flying a French flag, chapel with a 1 1/4-in. Roman numeral porcelain dial in the tower, long duration time and strike, spring-powered movement, the three-air musical box with pull wind and three levers for music/hour/change selections, wd. 33 1/2, ht. 29, dp. 7 in.
