Crichton Bros. Kingwood Mercury Stick Barometer, London, late 19th century, flat-top case with beveled glazed window over the dual bone scale plates, left plate reading 9 A.M. Yesterday, right plate reading 9 A.M. To Day, double vernier with brass adjustment knobs below flanking the glass tube and mercury, thermometer scale and glass tube in throat, and terminating in a covered cistern, lg. 40 in.

Note: Barometers containing mercury cannot be shipped and must be picked up at the gallery.

Glass tubes in good condition and containing mercury. Appears to be functioning.
