Franklin Terrestrial 12-inch Globe, H.B. Nims & Co., Troy New York, c. 1890, twelve printed gores on a plaster sphere with cartouche reading in part The Franklin Terrestrial Globe Geographical Divisions & Political Boundaries H.B. Nims & Co., analemma located in the Pacific Ocean, calibrated brass meridian ring and hour circle, printed horizon band with calendar and Zodiac, turned maple stretcher-base stand, ht. 17 in.

stretcher bottom cracked in two place around center joint, paper gores and horizon band in very good condition with minor losses.
