Roman numeral silvered dial marked Thomas Mercer, up/down indicator, seconds dial, blued steel hands, two-arm split bi-metallic balance with brass weights and screws, spotted plate, chain-drive fusee movement, spring detent escapement, brass bowl, and gimbal, in a fitted, glazed, single-tier box.
