Pair of Silver-mounted Wilson Flintlock Pistols, c. last quarter 18th century, walnut stocks with ornate wire inlays, silver mounts with foliate designs, and panoply of arms, lockplate marked Wilson, the cock has a panoply of arms and gilt screw, blued barrel with engraved panoply of arms, foliate designs, marked LONDON with gilt in the relief, engraved and gilt sunburst at the front sights, and engraved foliate designs at the muzzle with gilt, wooden ramrods with a horn and silver tip, overall lg. 14 1/4 in.

Both in very good condition, with virtually all of the blueing on the barrel and strong gilt, one sideplate has a small, very well done replaced corner.
