U.S. M1 Semiautomatic Carbine, c. 1942, serial number 145755, walnut stock and handguard, receiver marked INLAND/145755 and U.S. CARBINE/CAL. 30 M1, barrel marked INLAND and dated 12-42, with a web sling, overall lg. 35 3/4 in.
