Cased Percussion Side-by-side Shotgun, c. 1863, walnut stock with checkered wrist and fore-end, engraved steel parts, triggerguard marked 8505, and the side of the lockplate marked S. BOOTH & Co., damascus 12-gauge barrels marked on the top center LONDON, case with a brass plaque engraved John/Hopkins/1865, interior of the case lined with green wool baize, case ht. 3, wd. 10, lg. 32 1/2 in.

Case and stock have a few light dings and nicks, most of the damascus finish remains on the barrels, missing the ramrod, and some wear on the baize case lining, lock functions properly.
