STATED/THAT THE FLAG WAS/GIVEN TO HER GRAND-/MOTHER WHEN A YOUNG/GIRL, BY JAMES ISLES/WHO WAS A SAILMAKER'S/MATE ON BOARD THE/"HARTFORD" UNDER/FARRAGUT."
Flag has some light moth nips, and a small tear in the center.
