Cherry Desk/Bookcase, Connecticut, last half 18th century, the top with scrolled cresting and hinged, raised panel doors opening to a compartmented interior over a base revealing nine valanced compartments, two document drawers, and eight drawers, over thumbmolded drawers and ogee bracket base, old replaced brasses, refinished, (imperfections), ht. 92 1/2, case wd. 36, dp. 18 1/2 in.
base with cracks, minor repairs, and minor patching to spurs; two patches to each interior edge of bookcase doors.
