The bouquet exhibits tertiary aromas of smoke, ash, licorice, cured meat and dried fruit. Those aromas show a fluid quality that is backed by energy and momentum. Wait a few moments and dried herbs, rosemary and mint rise from the glass. It shows a silky, elongated quality in the mouth with fine tannins and extra long persistency.
