Louis XVI Mahogany Extension Dining Table, France, late 18th century and later components, with oval drop-leaf top resting on fluted legs atop brass-fitted casters, with two later leaves, ht. 29, wd. 53 1/2 in.
Leaves 23 1/2 inches, without leaves approx. 50 inches long. Typical usage wear nicks/abrasions to surface, leaves not as sun-bleached. Legs all with very heavy finish, possibly masking some restorations, one with repaired break. Casters probably replaced.
