Louis XVI Ormolu-mounted Console Table, France, late 18th century, with pierced galleried white marble top above a central frieze drawer on fluted legs with tapering feet joined by a galleried undertier, ht. 31, wd. 38, dp. 15 3/4 in.
Repaired break to back right leg, lower shelf with horizontal crack through panel and veneer lifting/cracks along joints to carcass??. Restored areas to veneer lifting/cracks along frieze. Some popping to veneer along rounded sides. Ormolu elements with minor dents, lifting slightly. Veneer chip to front right leg off but present.
