Description:

French Empire-style Marble-top Mahogany Pier Table, 19th century, with verde marble surmounting frieze of gilt-bronze garlands, with caryatid supports flanking mirrored back, ht. 36, wd. 53 1/4, dp. 14 1/4 in.

Please note updated on 10/9: Crack to front right corner of marble, pier table possibly cut down, backing and mirror possibly replaced. Wear to bronze, scattered spots of verdigris, some minor small cracks in mounts on frieze, wear to marble particularly edges,overall wear and abrasions to edges of frieze and base.
