Scattered chips, cracks, and losses to gilded surface. Some scattered retouches to gilding. Out-stretched eagle wing separate but present (previously taped in place). Apron and crest re-stabilized with screws and brackets (see images),minor restorations masked by over-painting to reverse. Small break to reeded border.?
