Description:

Italian-style Silver Coffeepot, bearing marks for Venice, late 17th/early 18th century, maker's mark "A.B.F(H/P)," baluster-form with a hinged lid, topped by an acorn finial, on three splayed feet, ht. 6 3/4 in., approx. 9 troy oz.
Estimate $250-350

Marks probably spurious. Handle present but separated. Hinge re-soldered. Spout dented slightly out of round (possibly repaired at one point). Feet bent slightly, sits well, but feet do not sit squarely. Otherwise only minor wear, scattered small nicks to surface.
