George III Sterling Silver Tea Caddy, London, 1808-09, maker's mark rubbed "T_" possibly for Thomas Wallis, the domed lid topped with an urn-form finial, with scrolled upright handles, engraved with foliate scrollwork and an armorial to one side, ht. 6 7/8 in., approx. 9.6 troy oz.
In good overall condition with no apparent repairs, restorations, or dents, with only minor age-related wear.
