Tabriz Carpet, Northwest Persia, early 20th century, the navy field with an allover "herati" design in light and medium blue and plum, all within a wide finely drawn "turtle" palmette, interlacing vine, curled and serrated leaf, and rosette main border, possibly from the Petag workshop, 12 ft. 5 in. x 9 ft.
