Description:

Isphahan Rug, Central Persia, 20th century, the eight-lobed floral center medallion with pendants on a red field with palmettes, curled and interlacing vines with arabesques and light blue spandrels, all within a navy border of similar design, signature at top translated to read "Serafian," all on a silk foundation, 5 ft. 10 in. x 3 ft. 6 in.
