"Mishan" Malayer Rug, Northwest Persia, late 19th/early 20th century, the ivory field with two floral medallions issuing radial palmettes and large curled split vines with small-scale blossoming vine-pattern throughout, all within an angular vine and "turtle"-patterned main border, multiple meandering carnation and vine minor borders, 6 ft. 4 in. x 4 ft. 3 in.
