Tekke Rug, West Turkestan, late 19th century, the field comprised of three rows of seven guls in shades of red, ivory, and navy, flanked by half "tshemtshe" guls, within an eight-pointed star in octagon main border, ram's horn minor border, small-scale chevron-patterned elems, brocaded fringe, 3 ft. 11 in. x 3 ft. 4 in.
