Kazak Rug, Southwest Caucasus, late 19th century, the single row of six latch-hooked diamonds inset with stepped polygons on a red reciprocal trefoil bordered field, all within an ivory "snowflake" rosette-patterned main border, multiple minor borders with a contiguous angular vine and stylized rosette design, 8 ft. x 4 ft. 1 in.
