Silk Doroksh Rug, Eastern Persia, late 19th century, the magenta field with a large finely drawn "boteh" in a vase issuing a light blue weeping willow and flanked by two fully formed light blue and ivory weeping willow trees and two smaller scale "boteh," all within a navy "turtle" palmette main border, multiple floral meander minor borders, 6 ft. 4 in. x 3 ft. 9 in.
