Carved Lapis Lazuli Vase Lamp, China, 19th/20th century, the vase, flattened baluster-shape covered flask, decorated with children along with shishi lions, peach tree, lotus branch, bats, and a bird (as finial),two ram's head-shaped ears to the neck, mounted on a carved wood stand with blooming flowers and foliate scrolls, the lamppost with two light sockets topped with an openwork soapstone plaque as finial, ht. 29 1/4, vase ht. approx. 12 1/4 in.
