Cloisonne Covered Censer, China, 20th century, compressed globular shape, short straight neck, flanged gilt bronze rim with two twisted-string handles, the body decorated with Ming-style lotus flowers and scrolls against a light blue ground, the bronze cover, domed and decorated with gilt openwork dragon and cloud design and a precious jewel-shape knob with auspicious clouds in openwork, ht. 7 1/4, mouth rim dia. 4 3/4 in.
