Pair of Famille Rose Vases, China, 19th century, baluster-shape with long waisted neck and flared rim, decorated with two carved gilt double-lion flanges to neck, two carved gilt double-chilongs to shoulder, painted with various scenes with figures in variously shaped panels including two main banquet scenes in two rectangular panels, against a floral background filled with auspicious symbols, the mouth rim with a floral diaper band, gilt details, ht. 24 7/8 in.
