Blue and White Guan Jar, China, possibly Transitional Period, compressed globular shape with a short waisted neck and rounded rim, with blurred decorations, the body decorated with a broad band of floral design between a band of ruyi and flower design around the shoulder and a band of lappets around the bottom, a band of auspicious cloud band around the neck, unglazed base, ht. 11 3/4, rim dia. 6 7/8 in.
