Famille Rose GuVase, China, structured in two parts designed to join with tongue-and-groove joint, the bell-shape bottom, surmounted with a globular handle, the trumpet-shape top with six-character Jiaqing mark in iron red overglaze in a horizontal rectangular cartouche, decorated allover with lotus scrolls and the "Eight Buddhist Treasures" against a pink ground divided with variously patterned bands and gilt rings, turquoise blue-glazed interior and base, ht. 9 7/8, mouth rim dia. 5 3/4 in.
