St. Mark's Church, East 10th Street and Second Avenue, Manhattan, 1937. With the photographer's Federal Art Project "Changing New York" hand stamp and titled and dated with numeric notations in pencil on the reverse at center. Gelatin silver print, image/sheet size 9 1/2 x 7 1/2 in. (24.0 x 19.0 cm), matted, unframed.
Condition: Sheet of dry mounting tissue and paper residue affixed to the verso of the print indicating that it has been removed from its mount, print is attached to an overmat with linen tape hinges affixed to the verso, chemical inconsistencies, especially in the area of the sky.
